What do you say to yourself when you need to feel loved, understood, and cared about?
This workshop will give tips for the novice and the experienced alike in the informal and formal practices of self-compassion. We will explore why self-compassion is not about avoiding suffering and why pain can increase at first when we practice self-compassion. You will be given the opportunity to establish your personal practice of compassion whispers using the 3 elements of self-compassion.
