Our Vision
GraceStory inspires hope by creating sacred spaces where healing happens.
In the garden (Gen. 3), man’s sin separated him from perfect relationship with God the Father. Christ’s redeeming work on the cross restored that broken relationship. Tragically, God’s true character has too often been represented as something other than nurturing, loving, just, and trustworthy. There are times when we have to step through our stories and ask Him to heal the wounded places and wrong view of Him that we’ve been handed….this is the journey of restoration. God calls each of His children to a deeper relationship with Him. GraceStory seeks to be Jesus’ tangible hands and feet as we walk the first steps of healing with those who are on this journey of hope and freedom in Christ!

Our History
God poured out the vision for GraceStory on a sunny Sunday afternoon as founder, Amber Jones, sat on her Central Michigan beef farm in summer of 2018. The organization claimed 510c3 status and launched its first women’s conference in 2019 to overwhelming success; and, just in time to establish a meaningful presence as a hope-filled resource as Covid hit in 2020. The GraceStory Podcast launched as cities shut down; and, within its first year the podcast reached 30 countries around the world and all but 3 of the 50 states! Since 2019, God has refined the vision, grown the GraceStory community, and brought together a team of skilled leaders, passionate volunteers, and biblically-sound mentors. GraceStory has been dedicated since day one to trusting God to provide the needs and maintaining a debt-free approach to ministry. Through the timely gifts of His people, GraceStory has connected the broken in spirit with the resources, education, and community for their journey of restoration.
Our Future
As we look forward to the next 5 years, we are excited to build regional trauma-informed seminars, grow our annual conference attendance, employ a paid staff and counseling team, and launch a streamlined resource app as God provides the funds for this $1M organizational expansion. Our next conference launch dream is to create a fully under-written family conference that would happen every 3 years for the WHOLE FAMILY! Our team is ready to move on each of these additional stages, the groundwork and connections are being made, and we pray gratefully for those who would come alongside the ministry in financial partnership.
Testimonials
I soaked in God’s presence and learned, laughed, cried, and worshipped with my sisters in Christ... There are no words to describe how meaningful and timely and necessary this type of gathering is.
2019 GraceStory Conference Attendee
I so appreciate your heart and this ministry. I have gained insight about myself this weekend I probably would not have addressed before this weekend.
2020 GraceStory Conference Attendee
[GraceStory] addresses so many issues that so few, if any, are willing to acknowledge, but that affect our walk with Christ and keep us from a full life with Him.... This ministry is doing great things, good things, and is a God-send to so many, including myself.

There is finally a place for all of us.
