This year is a women-only conference. The men’s conference is in the works, so stay tuned! This conference is not appropriate for children. However, girls 13 and up may attend with their mother or a guardian, and nursing infants (1 year and under) are welcomed.

How do I purchase tickets for GraceStory Conference?
Tickets can be purchased online after our 2020 launch date (in March). Note: Tickets are transferable, but non-refundable.
Are hotel accommodations available at the venue?
The Hyatt Place Sharonville is located adjacent to the convention center, and has offered us a conference rate of $102+taxes (includes FREE continental breakfast and up to 4 people/room). If you would prefer to shop around for hotel prices, we recommend www.priceline.com. There are many hotels in the Sharonville area near the conference center.
Are meals included in the conference price?
No meals are included in the conference price. There are many restaurants located around the conference center (see below). For Hyatt Place hotel guests, there is a free continental breakfast included with your stay.
Are there restaurants and/or shopping located near the venue?
Yes! Cincinnati has a lot to offer. You may want to extend your stay and drink in a little bit of Cincinnati culture.
Restaurants: McDonalds 0.5 miles/1 min. Starbucks 1.0 miles/1 min. Cracker Barrel 1.1 miles/3 min. Graeter's Ice Cream 1.9 miles/5 min. Chick-fil-A 9.0 miles/12 min.
Shopping: Ikea (only 3.8 miles from the Convention Center). Kenwood Towne Center (Cheesecake Factory, Ruby Tuesdays, Red Lobster, Chipotle, and mall shopping) 11.0 miles/13 min. Dillards Outlet/Eastgate Mall 22.3 miles/26 min.

Where do I park? How much does it cost?
The Sharonville Convention Center and Hyatt Place Hotel both provide FREE parking for all guests.
Can I bring foods or drinks into the venue?
No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the convention center. Guests may bring bottled water and/or coffee (hydration and caffeine are a necessity!) into the event. Guests staying at Hyatt Place will have access to a fridge and microwave as well as a free continental breakfast.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
Yes. The venue is handicap accessible.
How do I apply to be a vendor in the Self-Care Vendor Market?
If you are interested in having a booth at our Self-Care Vendor Market, please email Christi Frederick, Vendor Coordinator. The cost of having a booth is $75. This includes one table and 2 chairs.
You do not have to attend the conference to be a vendor, but vendors must pay conference price plus vendor cost in order to attend any sessions. (There is a discount for vendors who are also attending conference.)
Our vendor market will be full of things that would be of interest to women and self-care: everything from personal care, consulting/ counseling services, and interactive booth experiences.. If you think you have a service or product that would fit, contact us!
Does GraceStory Conference need volunteers?
GraceStory welcomes volunteers who have a heart for the ministry and willing hands to help! If you would like to be involved, send us an email.
Is GraceStory a faith-based conference?
This is an unashamedly faith-based conference, and we will be talking about God’s love and grace in the midst of our stories. People of all faiths are welcome to attend, but if you have any questions about our values, please visit our "About" page here.
