GraceStory FAQs

1.

Who can attend GraceStory Conference?

GraceStory Conferences are not appropriate for children. However, teens age 16 and up may attend with a parent or a guardian. Childcare is not provided and children ages 1-12 should not attend. However, mothers with nursing infants (1 year and under) are welcomed.

Where are GraceStory Conferences being held in 2023?

Our 2023 GraceStory Women's Conference will be held at the Springdale Nazarene Church in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Looking forward, our 2024 GraceStory Men's and Women's Conferences will be held at Whitewater Crossing in Cleves, Ohio.

How do I purchase tickets for GraceStory Conference?

Tickets can be purchased online here.

When is the best time to buy my ticket?

During the months of May and November you can save $90 off using the code GRACE159. This is our conference month only special and is the best priced ticket.  Tickets are available for purchase until one week prior to the start of conference.  After that, tickets may still be available for purchase; however, free bonus inclusions to the ticket like meals, swag/merchandise, etc. may not be available to last minute ticket purchasers. 

 

Do you offer a group discount?

Yes.  We offer a Group Discount Code for groups of 6 or more who register in a single transaction for checkout.  Group Leaders can use the code HOPE2GETHER to save 20% off their total minimum purchase of 6 regularly priced tickets.  

How can I use my discount code?

All discounts are taken through the use of coupon codes. If you do not enter a coupon code at registration, you will not receive a discounted rate. For instructions on how to use coupon codes, choose: Desktop or Mobile.

 

Note: Tickets are transferable to the next available same conference event by messaging maria@gracestoryministries.com or transferrable to other individuals (they only need the emailed ticket to scan at registration), but are not refundable.

Are hotel accommodations available at the venue?

Women's Conference at SNC

There are many great hotels available in close proximity to our venue. Listed are a few options that we would recommend:

1) Home2 Suites, 2) Drury Inn & Suites, 3) Tru by Hilton, 4) Hyatt Place Sharonville.

Are meals included in the conference price?

At Women's Conference 2023, there will be a delicious and beautiful charcuterie-style buffet included for Ticket Holders on Friday evening to accompany the Anita Renfroe Ladies' Night Out event.  A complimentary beverage station will also be available for the entirety of the event.  A Salad Bar will be available for guests to purchase ($5/person) during the Saturday lunch break (12-2pm). For those who would prefer on-the-town fellowship, there are many local food establishments nearby the venue.

At Men's Conference 2024, Friday evening's pre-bash will include food selections. There are also many restaurants located near the venue.

Are there restaurants and/or shopping located near the venue?

Yes! The Cincinnati area has a lot to offer to guests.

Women's 2023 REFUGE Conference

Restaurants: McDonalds (1 mile); Starbucks (2 miles); Cracker Barrel (2.5 miles); Graeter's Ice Cream (2 miles); Chick-fil-a (2 miles); Raising Canes (2 miles); Chipotle (2 miles)

Shopping: Ikea (6 miles); Tri-County Mall (2 miles); Kenwood Towne Center - restaurants and mall shopping (11 miles).

2024 Conferences

Cincinnati Favorites: Skyline Chili, Coffee Emporium (the coffee locals love), Smale Park (a beautiful park along the Ohio River with oversized swings, walking paths, art, and more). Ride Cincinnati's streetcar - the Connector - to see the sights downtown. Findlay Market - a 165-year-old cultural icon of sights, sounds, smells, and tastes. Check out cincinnatiusa.com for more!

Where do I park? How much does it cost?

All of our Conference venues provide FREE on-site parking for all guests.

Can I bring food or drinks into the venue?

Yes! Food and beverages are permitted inside the venue, except for inside the SNC (2023 women's conference) auditorium.

Are GraceStory Conference venues handicap accessible?

Yes. The venues are handicap accessible.

10.

How do I apply to be a vendor at the Self-Care Vendor Market?

We have shifted to a Sponsorship model for our self-care area at GraceStory Conferences. Please check out our Sponsorship page for more information on this program and exhibit space opportunities. 

The Self-Care Vendor Market is now called our "Self-Care Lounge".  This is a space for community and resource gathering and will include: the beverage station; interactive, fun exhibits; and, resource booths from our counseling room partners, sponsors, speakers, and GraceStory connections.

Does GraceStory Conference need volunteers?

GraceStory welcomes volunteers who have a heart for the ministry and willing hands to help! If you would like to be involved, send us an email.

Is GraceStory a faith-based conference?

GraceStory is an unashamedly faith-based conference, and we will be talking about God's love and grace in the midst of our stories. People of all faiths are welcome to attend, but if you have any questions about our values, please visit our About page.
