This year's event is a women-only conference. The men’s conference is in the works, so stay tuned! This conference is not appropriate for children. However, girls 13 and up may attend with their mother or a guardian. Childcare is not provided and children ages 1-12 should not attend. However, mothers with nursing infants (1 year and under) are welcomed.
Where is GraceStory Conference being held?
Our 2020 conference will be meeting at the Springdale Nazarene Church in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Due to COVID-19, we are also offering a LIVE digital access pass for those who cannot attend in person. This pass gives the purchaser LIVE access to all instructor and storyteller sessions. Both LIVE pass and in-person ticket holders will have access to the recorded live stream for up to 1 week after conference.
How do I purchase tickets for GraceStory Conference?
Tickets can be purchased online at All discounts are taken through the use of coupon codes. If you do not enter a coupon code at registration, you will not receive a discounted rate. For instructions on how to use coupon codes, choose: Desktop or Mobile.
Note: Tickets are transferable to future conferences, but non-refundable.
What COVID-19 protocols will be in place at conference?
We will be following the COVID protocols established for the state of Ohio (see here). Sanitation stations will be provided at entrances and throughout the venue. Health assessments (temperature and symptom checks) will be conducted at registration. Face masks will be required by the venue. A complimentary GraceStory mask will be provided for each in-person attendee. To enable social distancing, in-person attendance will be limited.
Shopping: Ikea (6 miles). Kenwood Towne Center - Cheesecake Factory, Ruby Tuesdays, Red Lobster, Chipotle, and mall shopping (11 miles). Dillards Outlet/Eastgate Mall (25 miles).
Cincinnati Favorites: Coffee Emporium (The coffee the locals love). The Banks (A beautiful park along the Ohio river with oversized swings, walking path, art and more). The Springdale Nazarene Church provides FREE parking for all guests.
Can I bring foods or drinks into the venue?
Food and beverages are permitted inside the venue.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
Yes. The venue is handicap accessible.
How do I apply to be a vendor in the Self-Care Vendor Market?
If you are interested in having a booth at our Self-Care Vendor Market, please email Christi Frederick, Vendor Coordinator. The cost of having a booth is $75. This includes one table and 2 chairs.
You do not have to attend the conference to be a vendor, but vendors must pay conference price plus vendor cost in order to attend any sessions. (There is a discount for vendors who are also attending conference.)
Our vendor market will be full of things that would be of interest to women and self-care: everything from personal care, consulting/ counseling services, and interactive booth experiences.. If you think you have a service or product that would fit, contact us!
Does GraceStory Conference need volunteers?

Is GraceStory a faith-based conference?
This is an unashamedly faith-based conference, and we will be talking about God’s love and grace in the midst of our stories. People of all faiths are welcome to attend, but if you have any questions about our values, please visit our "About" page here.
